As a BAFTA award-winning Director, Roman has a proven track record of delivering visually compelling work and strong narratives for the biggest broadcasters and global brands.

His philosophy is one of a calm approach, a strong eye for detail and the importance of story in which he has effectively applied to branded content, multiple broadcast formats and music content. Roman has over 15 years experience of directing large scale multi-cam shoots and single-camera promo shoots with a strong ability to adapt to a variety of on-screen talent, both scripted and documentary.

His creative passion enables him to successfully craft programme styles from scratch, in addition to adapting established formats and working with a variety of scripts and treatments.
